Delegates at the OEA Representative Assembly

Governance & Policies

Your voice, our impact.
Help us shape OEA's policies and strategic direction to build capacity, advance opportunities, and secure the environment for students, educators, and families.
Your voice is critical to the development of our organization, and our ability to improve public education for Oregonians.

Our Cabinets, Committees & Task Forces

OEA Cabinets, Committees, and Task Forces are year-to-year groups chaired by OEA members which help inform and carry out the work of OEA. They also advise OEA Centers on the work being done on behalf of OEA’s members.

Our Governing Documents

OEA's governing documents guide the day-to-day work and practice of our union, and provide governance and staff with the member perspective needed to ensure our advocacy aligns with the belief of OEA members. Our governing documents are updated each year by elected member-delegates at our annual Representative Assembly.
Headshot of OEA member Rebecca Miller
