- Served in the Representative Assemblies for both OEA years 2016 and 2019

- Social Work: Clinical Supervisor, MSW Field Supervisor
- Engages in thoughtful collaboration with other community partners/providers whose mission is to provide quality resources and information to the public, with a focus on the Black community.
What is your equity stance?
I believe that every child and every educator is capable of learning and teaching! No matter our ethnicity, culture, lifestyle, or background, there is something to be learned and there is something to be taught. We have to keep our hearts, minds, and eyes open. Staying flexible is my go-to coping skill because in a world of constant and sudden change, my adaptability is the key to staying motivated and inspired. Plus I love to see others be successful and find their joy, children are the best at it, and it is a great thing to witness.

My current favorite young adult authors right now are:

- Kimberly Johnson (This Is My America)
- My favorite artist is Mickalene Thomas.
