This workshop is a full day and will cover everything from the legal rights and responsibilities of OEA Building/Area reps, identifying and writing a grievance, representing members in meetings with admin, how to make an information request and why, to the fundamentals of organizing and collective action.

The Oregon Education Association (OEA) is a union committed to the cause of providing the basic right of great public education to every student.
