The Oregon Education Association (OEA), representing 42,000 educators, is committed to advocating for better learning conditions for students, securing vital resources for quality public education, and ensuring student success. Your voice and participation in the political process are critical to achieving these goals.

During Lobby Day, we’ll advocate for essential funding to improve Current Service Levels for the State School Fund (SSF) and Community College Support Fund (CCSF). Priorities include fully funding Special Education, increasing investments in Oregon Opportunity Grants and youth behavioral health, and directing the corporate kicker to infrastructure improvements.

We’ll also champion workforce initiatives like educator diversification, wage enhancements, fighting for part time faculty pay equity and defend stable funding for summer learning programs while protecting key education resources.

If you can't attend Lobby Day, sign up to be a legislative advocate to stay engaged in the political process during the 2025 session: Become a Legislative Advocate
