The 2024-2025 Membership Campaign is at our doorsteps! Welcome to our grant application page. 

Below you can apply for two types of grants: (1) New Employee Orientation Grants and (2) Membership Chair Stipends. 

The NEO grants are meant to support your team in planning and executing high quality new employee orientations this fall AND monthly NEOs throughout the year. The Membership Chair Stipends are meant to compensate one (or more depending on local size) point person who will take on the responsibility of planning and executing new employee orientations.

Keeping the Promise of Quality Public Education

The Oregon Education Association (OEA) is a union committed to the cause of providing the basic right of great public education to every student. OEA represents about 41,000 educators working in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 public schools and community colleges. OEA’s membership includes licensed teachers and specialists, classified/education support professionals (ESPs), community college faculty, retired educators, and student members. OEA members also belong to the 3.2 million members of the National Education Association (NEA).
