The Oregon Education Association is looking for an Advocacy & Affiliate Services Manager to join our team! The Advocacy & Affiliate Services Manager is acts as a manager, leader and supervisor of the field operation, leading the bargaining program of the Oregon Education Association (OEA) in collaboration with the Director of Advocacy & Affiliate Services, and engaging in other identified programs. This roles is the supervisor for Statewide Organizers, UniServ Consultants and identified Associate Staff.
