Data Management Systems Specialist
The Data Management Systems Specialist will help manage and coordinate the multiple data systems used through the Oregon Education Association (OEA) to increase its membership and drive member engagement. Using data management techniques, this position will help acquire, create, organize, distribute, and operationalize information on OEA’s members. This position is actively involved in unifying multiple organizational systems across departments including NEA 360 (Salesforce CRM), IMS, and the Voter Activation Network (VAN), among others. The person in this position will work collaboratively within OEA, the NEA, and other state EAs to define OEA’s data use protocols and help develop documentation and trainings for staff, members, and leaders both throughout the organization and nationally.
Public Affairs Consultant (2 positions)
The Public Affairs Consultant will lobby OEA’s legislative priorities and participate in policy development and its communication to members, leaders and staff. The Consultant will also support with the coordination of activities around political campaign strategy and execution, both internally and externally. Member engagement is central to this position to ensure that OEA members are informed and participating in OEA’s political agenda. Collaborative strategic planning with the Public Affairs team will be routine.
Union School & OEA Foundation Assistant
The person in this position provides complex administrative support to the Field Education & Training Coordinator, Union School programs and events, and OEA Foundation. Duties include, but are not limited to, data analysis and management, events coordination, grants administration, and external communication.
