Thomas Brown lynching

Thomas Brown was hanged on this date in 1902 in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Before he could stand trial, the teenager was taken from his jail cell by 200 White men and hanged from a tree in front of the courthouse. No one was every prosecuted for his murder.
