About the I HEAR Summit

The I HEAR Summit is designed by educators, for educators. At the I HEAR Summit, we bring together experts, inspirational keynote speakers, and member educators to share their wisdom and experiences to motivate and empower attendees.

This I HEAR session we will be focusing on how we change our education system. There is a lot of change going on in our world and we need to adjust to be proactive. We will spend the first part of the session learning and our second portion connecting with each other to start tackling the issues that our members have brought forth.

• The theme of this year's conference is organize, heal, and resist.
   
• We aim to provide networking sessions that provide opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals to foster collaboration and community building. The goal is to continue to support these networks ongoing.
   
• We want to provide and curate resources and information that highlight local initiatives, services, and resources available in the community, empowering educators to access the supports they need to create the change that is required.
   
• We want educators to leave the conference with a clear direction moving forward and a renewed passion to reach the goalpost.
