Began during the fall of 2016 in Seattle to elevate the Black Lives Matter movement in schools. It focuses on ending zero-tolerance discipline, implementing restorative justice, hiring more black teachers, mandating Black history and ethnic studies in all schools and funding more counselors, not cops, in schools.
