Anniversary of the arrest of Minoru Yasui for breaking Japanese American curfew laws

In 1942, Yasui, an attorney, deliberately broke curfew laws to test its legality. His case went all the way to the Supreme Court, where his conviction was upheld and finally overturned 40 years later.
