Join us! We need your voice.
Each year OEA organizes a Lobby Day—a day for members to come to advocate at the Capitol—to demonstrate the power of our union and advocate for key priorities. The more members that attend, the more meetings we can organize, and the more influential we will be as legislators make key decisions.
It’s also a time to build a community with fellow members and build relationships with your elected officials. Don’t worry if you haven't done this before! Lobbying is hard even for those with tons of experience. We will have prep sessions, key handouts, and meetings organized ahead of time to set you up for success. More details to come!
