OEA's Conference for Bargaining & Organizing
Please join us at this year’s fall Conference for Bargaining & Organizing. This is a day-long conference that covers organizing and bargaining skills that will help you build a strong union at the workplace and win at the bargaining table. We’ll explore what it means to use an organizing approach to empower our members and win for our students and communities. Whether you’re new to union activism or are an experienced union activist, there’s something here for you!

Additional Information
Meals:
Dinner Friday night, Breakfast & Lunch Saturday is provided for all Conference attendees. No other meals will be provided and no other expenses are authorized for reimbursement for this event. Please check with your local for any other possible expense you may incur.
Parking:
The cost of parking at The Graduate Hotel will be covered by OEA. When overnight guests of the hotel check in, you will receive a parking pass to place in your vehicle. All other Conference attendees (those not staying on property overnight) will receive an “Out Pass” that can obtain that at the OEA check in table from Melody Parsons & Team.
Registration
If your Local is Bargaining this year, OEA wants you to register 4 or more CAT team members and 4 or more bargaining Team members this year! When you do, you will each receive a special swag item for your CAT team & bargaining team in attendance at the Conference! Be sure to indicate that you are registering as part of a group when you complete your registration form below! Every attendee must register themself for the conference.
